Job Summary
Site Director–level leadership for Vermont licensed after-school programs across three locations. You will provide program leadership, coach site staff, maintain safe, inclusive environments, ensure licensing readiness and compliance with VT DCF, manage staffing and enrollment, and engage families and school partners to support high-quality school-age programming.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Ability to meet Vermont DCF school-age program leadership requirements
- Must also meet ONE of the following: 10+ months experience in school-age childcare or youth programming; Vermont Afterschool Professional Credential; Vermont Program Director Credential; Vermont Teacher Licensure; Vermont On-the-Job Training Certificate; Master’s degree in a youth-related field
