Job Summary
Build long-lasting one-on-one relationships with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to support their independence in community and home settings. Engage clients in favorite hobbies and activities like Special Olympics while assisting with daily goals such as budgeting, socializing, shopping, and using public transportation. Ensure client safety and well-being with dignity and respect throughout the afternoon shift. This role offers flexible scheduling Monday through Friday between 12pm and 6pm with a $20/hour pay rate, paid training, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance and PTO. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
