Support and engage students during afterschool activities, including homework help, enrichment, and structured play. Supervise students to ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive environment both indoors and outdoors. Assist staff with daily program routines, transitions, and behavior management while building strong student relationships. Maintain physical readiness for sitting, standing, and walking, and be able to lift up to 30 lbs while safely assisting students. Observe and communicate across varied environments, including indoor and outdoor settings. Commit to daily 4-hour shifts from 1pm to 6pm, five days a week.
