Job Summary
Supervise and manage after-school care activities, monitor the learning center, and support students’ learning progress. Conduct group activities, assist teachers with academics and homework, check daily goals, ensure children’s safety and discipline, motivate students for maximum learning, and use diverse methods to enhance the learning experience. Participate in faculty meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops; foster students’ self-esteem and character through consistent care and encouragement.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college (preferred)
- Six months to one-year related experience or training (preferred)
- Experience working with school age children
- Ability to work with children
- love for children and learning
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally
- Being authorized to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment
