Job Summary
Build long-lasting one-on-one relationships with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to support their independence and community integration. Assist clients with daily activities such as budgeting, socializing, shopping, using public transportation, and exercise while ensuring their safety and well-being in home and community settings. Engage clients in favorite hobbies and activities like Special Olympics to foster dignity and respect. This role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay at $20/hour, and includes paid training, health insurance, and PTO for those passionate about helping others thrive.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age
