Job Summary
Ensure the safety of all children by maintaining constant awareness and never leaving them unsupervised. Follow parent/guardian sign-in and sign-out procedures to document attendance while adhering to emergency protocols and reporting all accidents or hazards immediately. Assist the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate educational programs through supervised, positive, and fun learning activities. Resolve situations courteously using active listening and reflection skills while accepting additional assignments as needed. Maintain confidentiality and obtain required training to comply with all policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age 18
- Physical ability and stamina to perform the duties as outlined above, including but not limited to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and carrying up to 20 pounds
- Obtain and maintain required training(s)
