After School Activity Leader - Shafter

Supervise scholars to ensure their safety, development, growth, achievement, and general well-being while overseeing pick-up, supper, and grant compliance monitoring. Assist students through role modeling, emotional support, and behavioral guidance, then facilitate recreational and educational activities for universal pre-kindergarten through 8th grade. Collaborate with instructors to develop daily programs, enforce school-wide expectations, and guide students toward increased academic and social-emotional skills. Participate in professional development trainings and support planning for Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer Camp Grow events. Maintain a neat, orderly learning environment and perform other duties as assigned by the After School Program Manager and Administrative Team.
