Job Summary
Develop and manage the operational quality control system for the motorcycle after-sales service network by establishing standards, policies, and procedures for dealerships and service workshops. Conduct post-opening reviews and periodic audits to ensure compliance, while performing internal inspections on pricing policies, dealer support programs, customer complaints, and operational risks. Monitor corrective actions and drive continuous improvement across the dealer network. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience in after-sales operations or quality assurance, with willingness to travel for dealer visits.
