Job Summary
Oversee after-sales operations across assigned overseas markets, including Indonesia, India, and the Philippines, ensuring alignment with global standards and strategies. Coordinate with local distributors, service partners, and internal stakeholders to manage service networks, spare parts supply, and warranty processes. Monitor service KPIs, customer satisfaction, and operational performance while supporting the setup and scaling of infrastructure in new markets. Act as the primary liaison between overseas markets and Vietnam headquarters, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions. Conduct frequent business trips to audit operations and resolve on-site issues. Prepare operational reports and insights for senior management. Requires Vietnamese nationality, strong English proficiency, and high travel intensity.
Required Qualifications
- Vietnamese nationality
- Strong English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Willing and able to travel overseas frequently (high travel intensity)
- Proven experience in after-sales operations, service operations, or customer service management
- Solid understanding of after-sales processes: service operations, warranty, spare parts, dealer/service network management
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- High adaptability, resilience, and ability to work effectively in fast-paced, emerging markets
