After Sales Engineer

After Sales Engineer responsible for installation, debugging, technical training, maintenance and upgrade of liquid cooling products; perform after-sales and pre-sales technical support, collect and feedback product quality information, and accompany business staff in collecting and organizing customer product information and fault data. Maintain service records, feedback forms, and service reports with accuracy; manage drawings, tools, instruments, materials, and samples issued; convey company after-sales policies and documents to customers; uphold Watts’ professional image and company reputation; and perform other duties as assigned. Requires travel (frequent) and strong collaboration within the team. Skills include valve repair and debugging (balancing valves, differential pressure valves, globe valves, gate valves, water control valves, check valves), familiarity with electrical actuator products, and proficiency in reporting and documentation. Proactive, customer-focused, and capable of operating office software; good communication and teamwork capabilities.
