After Hours Youth Support Worker

Casual onsite role in Shepparton for an After-Hours Youth Support Worker to provide a safe, therapeutic environment for homeless or at-risk young people. You will support the implementation of case management plans, help residents build essential life skills, and assist with daily living tasks while aligning with Psychologically Informed Environment principles. Responsibilities include meal preparation, hygiene, recreation, managing records to meet standards, and facilitating attendance at health, housing, education, justice, and social inclusion appointments. Reports to the After-Hours Client Services Coordinator and requires a tertiary qualification (minimum Diploma), a Working with Children Check, and a Driver’s Licence. This role operates within the SCHADS Award – Level 3 and is located onsite in Shepperton, Victoria.
