After Hours Team Leader

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations for a single program, supervise frontline staff, and share on-call responsibilities. Lead case management activities, act as liaison with families and referral services, establish and maintain staff training programs, ensure licensing and safety requirements are met, manage petty cash and direct client costs, participate in meetings and case management reviews, and report workplace hazards. Requires a degree or diploma in social sciences or related field, substantial experience with youth and families, leadership ability, milieu therapy understanding, and strong critical thinking and clinical writing skills. The role focuses on delivering high-quality services within a health and safety-compliant program, with accountability for staff supervision, training, and program operations.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Social Sciences, Child and Youth Care, Child Studies, or Addictions
- A minimum of four (4) years’ experience working with young people and families
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Highly developed theoretical understanding of milieu therapy
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills, clinical problem-solving abilities, and clinical writing skills
