Job Summary
Fulfil new client orders, confirm daily requirements, and replace unavailable casuals. Confirm outstanding rosters and directives handed over by branches, ensuring all instructions are actioned and client requests are completed timely. Liaise with stakeholders regarding staffing needs and manage candidate safety issues, reporting incidents to relevant management. Build effective relationships with customers, actively seeking input to improve service and maintain database integrity. Adhere to Toll Quality System policies and OHS requirements, including hazard identification and emergency procedures. Prioritize tasks based on urgency while balancing quality with speed of delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Competent user of Word, Excel, Outlook and knowledge of Fasttrack database
- Excellent use of time management and organization skills
- Able to prioritize and plan work activities based on urgency
- Complete assigned tasks with appropriate timeframes and deadlines
- Actively participate and contribute as a team member and develop positive links with the team and Toll customers
- Able to adapt tasks to meet the needs of others
- Intermediate numeric, literacy and computer literacy
- Demonstrate the highest level of confidentiality, at all times, due to access to highly sensitive personnel and business data/information
- Previous experience in customer service/recruitment related industries in which Toll operates in
- Understanding of the service capabilities of Toll
- Proactive attitude to OH&S
- Proven track record of working and managing multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
- Committed to honesty, integrity, and ethical practices
- Ability to influence and coach clients and candidates
- Commitment to performance; ability to identify key issues that impact the business and take appropriate action to produce high quality work
