Job Summary
Provide hospice nursing care during evenings and nights on Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm) in patients' homes and places of residence, including triaging patient phone calls, delivering skilled nursing interventions per the patient’s plan of care, and supporting families during actively dying and death visits for the hospice team. Requires RN licensure in ND and MN (dual licensure preferred), BSN preferred, and 1+ year of hospital, nursing home, homecare, or hospice experience preferred. Must have strong clinical and interpersonal skills and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance. Located in Grand Forks, ND, serving surrounding communities. Job offers weekend coverage with shift differentials; benefits available for eligible employees.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of RN degree
- BSN preferred
- Current RN Licensure in North Dakota and Minnesota (or willing to obtain dual licensure)
- Current drivers license and auto insurance
- Strong clinical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to problem-solve independently
