Job Summary
Night shift RN in hospice delivering comprehensive nursing care overnight within an interdisciplinary care team. Responsibilities include assessing patients and families, administering medications, developing and contributing to care plans, documenting clinical notes, communicating changes to physicians, coordinating with community health partners, ensuring equipment and services are in place, and maintaining clinical skills through continuing education. Must have a valid RN license in the state of employment and graduate from an accredited school of Nursing, with strong assessment, clinical judgment, communication, documentation, and independence for overnight care. Local travel and a valid driver's license are required. PTO, health benefits, 401(k) match, and company-provided equipment are among offered benefits.
