After-Hours Clinician (MFT, LCSW, LPCC)

Conduct crisis-focused assessments, including mental status and risk evaluation, and implement stabilization interventions such as de-escalation and safety planning. Provide assessments, mental health evaluations, family-individual-group therapy, plan development, case consultation, and discharge placement while responding to after-hours calls for telephonic triage and initiating in-person crisis response when clinically indicated. Coordinate with physical health providers, determine appropriate levels of care during crises, and facilitate placement including pre-placement visits and transportation as needed. Complete accurate and timely documentation to meet minimum billable requirements for direct client services. Maintain confidentiality of client care and participate in scheduled program meetings.
