AFT Skilled Technician - Level II 3rd Shift

Perform skilled activities to ensure smooth manufacturing processes and product quality. Adhere to safety protocols and HSE compliance, actively report hazards, and engage in HSE training. Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, follow quality procedures, and conduct inspections. Conduct preventive, emergency, and corrective maintenance to improve equipment reliability. Instruct and coach team members, collaborate effectively, and participate in continuous improvement. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and promote environmental awareness and sustainability in daily operations.
