Job Summary
Employ AFSIM M&S Analyst to apply in-depth modeling and operations research techniques to inform analyses and wargames using AFSIM. Develop and execute analytical models that support warfighting engagements, creating mission-level representations of U.S., allied, and adversary forces executing specific concepts of operation. Provide statistical, parametric, and non-parametric analysis to solve complex problems and advise operations research teams on optimal techniques. Requires full-time onsite work in Arlington, VA, with an active TS/SCI clearance and 5+ years of total experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of total experience
- 3+ years of AFSIM experience OR 1+ years of general M&S experience and 6+ years of military operations planning
- Good at study planning/executing
- Strong desire to expand modeling/simulation expertise in AFSIM
- Works well in collaborative environments
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Able to work fully onsite based on client needs
