Job Summary
Deliver Aerospace Studies instruction to AFROTC cadets, coordinating Leadership Laboratory and cadet leadership development, supporting PMT/PDT and athletic/physical fitness oversight, assisting with cadet administrative actions and pay/travel processing, managing cadet records and degree progress, and contributing to AFROTC recruiting/outreach and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include curriculum delivery, classroom and field training, evaluation of cadet performance, and collaboration with detachment and higher headquarters on boards, promotions, and program updates. Requires planning and coordinating instruction, ensuring timely graduation and commissioning eligibility, and providing mission-support through data management and resource planning.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
- AFROTC/air force-related teaching experience preferred
- experience coordinating aerospace studies instruction
- ability to manage cadet leadership development and LLAB activities
- familiarity with AFOQT, PMT, PDT processes
- experience with administrative tasks and data management systems (ARMS, WINGS)
- strong outreach and recruitment involvement
