AFM Technical Services

To achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs at (Client) with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices; assist the Engineering Manager in managing M&E scope of projects to ensure quality and timely deliverables; provide comprehensive Facility, contract, and procurement management for technical services; contribute to achieving financial and other targets; achieve KPIs and SLA targets; manage Technology Tools implementation and management; support Property Operations; assist in managing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations and Civil maintenance within the Facility; prepare critical spares lists and plan inventory; implement pre-emptive maintenance to reduce risk of failures; assist in reviewing maintenance practices of M&E Contractors; maintain logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules; manage downtime/breakdowns; arrange ad-hoc M&E setups as required; ensure contractors follow house rules and minimize client inconvenience; may assume acting FM responsibilities; handle shifts independently on all Engineering matters.
