Job Summary
Manage the F&B inventory for a fine dining cafeteria in a corporate office and bar while maintaining Oberoi standards and adhering to LQA attributes. Tend to international guests with expertise in food gastronomy, attend training sessions on food, cheese, and wine pairing, and oversee night operations including proper closing and cashiering. Track daily turnover against year-to-date references. Handle on-site duties in Gurugram with scheduled weekly hours of 48.
