Job Summary
As the Affordable Regional Manager at Logan Property Management (LPM), you will lead teams across several properties in California and Colorado, focusing on affordable housing compliance and staff training. Key responsibilities include ensuring properties meet regulatory standards, training and guiding Property Managers, overseeing occupancy goals, managing program compliance, and maintaining relations with government agencies. Strong experience in affordable housing laws is essential, along with significant managerial experience and effective communication skills. This role requires a driver's license and willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Regional Manager Experience: 5 Years (Required)
- Affordable Housing, Tax Credits, Section 42, Project-Based Section 8: 4 Years (Required)
- Required experience with NSPIRE and/or certifications in HUD or Tax Credit.
- Experience managing a minimum of 500 units (Required)
- Driver’s License, Unrestricted (Required)

- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (Strongly Preferred)
