Job Summary
The Multi-Family Housing investment professional will support transactions throughout their lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, managing due diligence processes, negotiations of transaction documentation, and asset management. Responsibilities include actively monitoring key performance indicators, identifying potential credit/market risks, supporting the preparation of investment memoranda for investment committees, and contributing to portfolio reporting and strategic research. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, experience in underwriting and managing multifamily affordable housing debt/equity, strong financial modeling skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution demonstrating strong academic credentials
- Underwriting multifamily affordable housing debt and/or equity
- Experience in originating, servicing, and asset management
- Execution experience, with ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Capable of managing commercial relationships
- Strong work ethic and integrity, candidate should be a team player that is proactive and self-motivated
- Entrepreneurial spirit – a desire to find new solutions and improve the team investment process
