Job Summary

Show, lease, and move in prospective residents by greeting, qualifying, touring the community, and signing leases. Conduct all functions necessary to close sales, including making appointments, generating leads, maintaining model units, and completing necessary follow-up. Handle resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction while assisting with lease audits, walking units, and the turn process. Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to leads within 24 hours. Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and achieve leasing goals. Perform various administrative tasks and contribute to the upkeep of the office and common areas. Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround. Enforce community policies delegated by the immediate supervisor.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required
Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
Ability to work overtime, weekends, night hours (emergencies)
Ability to work in extremely low or high temperatures
Ability to work in outdoor environments such as precipitation and wind
Ability to traverse flat and non-flat terrain
Ability to work in small and/or enclosed spaces
Ability to be exposed to hazardous chemicals
