Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in affordable housing
- Strong Low income housing tax credit and HUD compliance experience
- Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks
- Self-starter who can operate with high degree of autonomy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding leadership and training skills
- Demonstrated organizational, record keeping, and interpersonal skills
- A current driver's license in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Occupancy Specialist
- C3P
- CAM
- CAPS
- NAHP or similar designation
- Bilingual in other languages
- Experience in regional management involving multiple properties
