Job Summary
Affordable Housing Compliance Consultant responsible for serving as a key liaison between clients and their insurance partners, defining and refining insurance requirements, evaluating coverage, and ensuring compliance. Role involves collaborating with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights, maintaining documentation, supporting audits and renewals, and staying current on industry regulations. On-site with potential hybrid schedule after training (3 days in-office per week + 2 days remote). Requires a BA/BS degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience, 2+ years in insurance consulting/compliance, strong communication and analytical skills, and Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days. Experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) and data analysis tools preferred; Microsoft Office proficiency expected.

- BA/BS degree (preferred) in Risk Management, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in insurance consulting, underwriting or compliance
- Active Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
