Required Qualifications
- Active CPA license (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of audit experience, preferably in affordable housing, nonprofit, or public sector environments
- Deep understanding of HUD regulations, LIHTC compliance, and affordable housing finance structures
