Job Summary
Assist the Property Manager in the overall management of a 104-unit residential property in Wilson, NC under the direction of the Property Manager. Responsibilities include leasing support (showing units and screening applicants), income verification, rent collection and receipt preparation, notices to pay rent, coordination with legal proceedings, market analysis of rental levels, inspections coordination, maintenance work order system support, inventory and office supplies management, and preparation of reports/advertising. Maintain professional communication with residents and external representatives; perform other duties as outlined in the job description. Requires minimum high school education or equivalent and at least one year of property management experience; proficiency with RealPage OneSite or similar software and Microsoft Office is expected; leadership to cover the Property Manager in their absence.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: minimum one year of property management experience
- Education: Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Leadership: Capable of performing duties of the Property Manager in their absence
- Problem-solving: Ability to work well with and troubleshoot resident/client issues
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills
- Software Proficiency: Experience with RealPage OneSite or similar property management software
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Tenant Certifications: Ability to complete tenant certifications
