The Assistant Community Manager supports the Site Manager in property operations at Rancho Gardens, a senior affordable housing community, focusing on administrative and clerical tasks such as maintaining resident files and screening applicants.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in property management
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of administrative experience
- Possession of a valid California driver's license
- Proof of auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
- Excellence customer service skills when speaking with residents and vendors
- Computer skills and experience of Microsoft Suite products
Desired Qualifications
