Job Summary
Affordability Strategy and Governance Lead responsible for managing affordability governance strategy, cross-functional collaboration with clinical, product, data/analytics, and operations teams, and development of business cases and initiative roadmaps. Responsibilities include analyzing claims and operational data to identify affordability opportunities, translating insights into actionable plans, preparing executive-level presentations, and enabling end-to-end governance through structured meeting logistics and stakeholder follow-up. Requires strategic analysis, financial acumen, data visualization proficiency (e.g., Excel, Tableau), and strong communication skills to escalate issues and opportunities to CHC leadership. Prefer advanced degree (e.g., MPH, MBA, MHA) and experience in payer/provider environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare strategy, financial operations or related roles
- Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a matrixed organization and collaborating across functions
