Job Summary
Coordinate cross-finance planning and delivery by integrating dependencies, risks, and sequencing into a unified plan. Analyze financial and business performance to identify risks and opportunities for improvement, then develop executive reporting that provides actionable insights to senior leadership. Create financial business cases supporting strategic initiatives and own core leadership routines, including performance readouts and outlook updates. Drive benefit tracking for approved initiatives and streamline recurring reporting through automation and standardization. Prepare executive-ready presentations and support ad hoc financial analysis requests. Requires 6 years of experience in financial services, strong stakeholder management skills, and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 6 years of experience in financial services, financial analysis, business management, or a related field
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, align, and drive decisions across senior partners
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and present conclusions concisely
- Experience developing financial reporting, business analysis, and executive-level presentations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- To be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States
