Job Summary
Launch and scale Decathlon Thailand's e-commerce affiliate program by designing partnerships with social media creators and managing commission structures. Optimize paid media investments for shopping festivals and app acquisition campaigns while executing deep SEM keyword strategies tailored to specific sports categories. Monitor traffic performance against KPIs, suggest agile budget reallocations, and translate search data into actionable insights for merchandising. Build internal playbooks, automate reporting dashboards, and collaborate with technical and creative teams to drive conversion rate optimization. This role requires 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, fluent Thai and English, and is based in Thailand.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, SEM, or Affiliate Marketing
- ideally within a fast-paced E-commerce or digital agency environment
- Strong grasp of the Thai affiliate landscape, publisher networks, and social commerce
- Proven ability in media planning, autonomous budget management, and advanced web analytics
- Fluent Thai
