Affiliate Project Coordinator

Affiliate Campaigns and program operations expert needed to own and optimize Just Ingredients’ affiliate initiatives. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end affiliate campaigns, building and maintaining campaign calendars across email, text, social, and other channels, tracking performance against KPIs, preparing leadership recap reports, ensuring brand consistency with marketing, serving as the primary project management resource across all three affiliate programs, surfacing roadblocks and developing SOPs to standardize scale, leading recruiting and onboarding of affiliates, maintaining an affiliate prospect pipeline, coordinating affiliate events and on-site experiences, and collaborating with marketing, events, partnerships, and operations to integrate affiliate initiatives with broader company programs. Candidate should have 2-4+ years in project coordination or affiliate marketing, strong organization and communication skills, experience with Asana/Monday.com/Notion, familiarity with affiliate platforms or influencer software, and event coordination experience.
