Affiliate Project Coordinator

Affiliate Project Coordinator responsible for owning affiliate campaigns from concept through completion, coordinating calendars and channels (email, text, social), tracking KPIs, preparing leadership recap reports, and optimizing future initiatives; lead recruiting and onboarding of affiliates, build onboarding materials, and act as primary contact for active affiliates; support events and experiences, coordinate invitations, travel, gifting, and on-site execution; collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, events, partnerships, and operations to integrate affiliate initiatives with broader programs; develop SOPs and scalable processes, and surface insights to inform strategy; requires exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, and familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Notion) and affiliate platforms or influencer marketing software.
