Affiliate & Partnerships Manager

Affiliate & Partnerships Manager at monday.com responsible for owning a portfolio of strategic partnerships, driving growth through performance optimization, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration. You will define long-term strategies for partnership verticals, build scalable processes and playbooks, manage external partner relationships, lead commercial discussions and negotiations, monitor partner performance, run experiments and pilot programs across channels, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, SEO, Content, Analytics, and Growth teams to align initiatives with business objectives. The role requires analytical, commercially minded thinking, data-driven decision making, excellent communication, and the ability to build relationships with partners, publishers, and technology platforms. Fluent English required; 2+ years in relevant fields; ability to manage external partners and drive measurable results; self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership while balancing relationship-building with business priorities.
