Job Summary
Develop and manage affiliate and strategic partner relationships to support patient recruitment initiatives across global clinical trials. Identify, onboard, and maintain connections with affiliates, publishers, patient advocacy groups, and external partners while coordinating campaigns to optimize performance and maximize recruitment outcomes. Collaborate with Marketing, Patient Recruitment, Clinical Operations, and Compliance teams to drive high-quality patient acquisition, monitor key metrics for lead quality and ROI, and ensure all activities adhere to healthcare and privacy regulations. This role requires a data-driven approach to performance marketing, including experience with CPA, CPL, and digital channels like Google and Meta Ads, within an international company accelerating medical innovation through improved clinical trial access.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, business development, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Proven experience developing and managing affiliate programs, strategic partnerships, or publisher relationships
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, including CPA, CPL, CPC, attribution, and campaign optimization
- Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, display advertising, or other paid media platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting dashboards, web analytics, and campaign performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions
- Experience working in the U.S. digital marketing environment, with a good understanding of U.S. consumer behavior, advertising platforms, and market practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
