Job Summary
Recruit new affiliates, influencers, and referral partners through email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms. Onboard and train affiliates on programs and offers while building and maintaining relationships to drive consistent growth and revenue. Track performance, optimize results, and develop strategies to increase activation and sales. Maintain databases, report on KPIs including recruitment numbers and revenue generated, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve partner success. This role requires 5-10+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or business development, with a focus on cold outreach and independent remote work. We offer a base salary of ₹40,000 plus uncapped commission and quarterly bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with cold outreach and lead generation
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking systems
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
