Job Summary
Own ILIA's affiliate channel P&L by scaling revenue and maintaining the master affiliate calendar for PR, launches, and promotions. Lead strategy to prioritize high-ROI partners, conduct monthly performance deep dives, and drive financial stewardship through commission optimization. Serve as the primary point of contact for Dreamday, negotiating rates and managing controlled experiments for editorial coverage. Develop cross-functional guidelines to align PR, Influencer, and Social Commerce teams, ensuring all workstreams move forward and risks are flagged early. Report channel insights to leadership and translate performance data into clear direction for partners. This temporary, part-time role (~30 hours/week) reports to the Director, Amazon & Marketplaces, with an anticipated 6-month duration. Based in Los Angeles or Orange County, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in affiliate marketing, with experience owning a channel or program end-to-end
- Track record driving measurable revenue growth through affiliate
- Strong command of commission structures, platform dynamics, and partner economics
- Experience managing or collaborating with affiliate agencies (IMPACT, ShareASale, or similar)
- Familiarity with influencer affiliate platforms including LTK, ShopMy, Sephora Collective, and Ulta
- Strong analytical skills; ability to turn performance data into clear strategy and stakeholder communication
- Highly organized and comfortable managing complex cross-functional calendars and workflows
