Job Summary
Affiliate Manager to recruit, onboard, and manage LATAM affiliates across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina; develop long-term relationships with affiliates; negotiate and oversee CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals; monitor performance metrics (FTDs, NGR, retention, traffic quality); optimize campaigns to maximize ROI; collaborate with internal marketing and analytics teams and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Affiliate Management (LATAM preferred)
- Existing portfolio of active affiliates
- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese a strong plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Experience with affiliate platforms (NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar)
- Strong understanding of affiliate KPIs and performance models
- Ability to recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates across LATAM markets
- Negotiation and management of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals
