Job Summary
Affiliate Manager responsible for building, growing, and managing a network of external lead-generation partners through proactive outreach, relationship management, and commercial ownership. This in-office role focuses on driving revenue by sourcing new partners and expanding existing ones, with a strong emphasis on AI literacy and integrating digital tools. You’ll source and recruit new partners, own day-to-day partner relationships, lead pricing and contract discussions, drive partner expansion, and maintain data-informed conversations to optimize performance. The role requires outbound calling, partner-facing communication, CRM proficiency, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth onboarding and execution. Post-secondary education in business, commerce or marketing is preferred. Salary range: $60,000-$65,000 with OTE $5k per quarter at target; benefits include health coverage, professional development, and team events in-office.
