Affiliate Manager- For You Advertising

As a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager, you will discover, recruit, and manage TikTok creators and affiliates through TikTok's Affiliate Center; you will build affiliate strategies, activate talent, and turn creators into high-performing sales drivers for clients' TikTok Shops. You will identify and onboard creators, negotiate terms, maintain long-term relationships, and design rewarding schemes. You will set up and manage affiliate campaigns (giftings, commissions, briefs), monitor performance metrics (CTR, sales, AOV, GMV, Affiliate %), and optimize campaigns for conversions. You will collaborate with the Department Lead, content and paid teams, and clients to ensure alignment, provide guidance to creators, ensure brand compliance, and report on results using dashboards and internal tools, continuously iterating to improve outcomes. You should bring hands-on experience with TikTok Shop or other social-commerce platforms, strong knowledge of TikTok trends and commerce tools, proven experience managing teams/affiliates, and excellent organizational, analytical, and client-facing skills. Typical background includes startup or agency experience and familiarity with Shopify/WooCommerce or other eCommerce platforms.
