Job Summary
Deliver high-quality counseling via face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic modalities while applying evidence-based, solution-focused interventions tailored to workplace wellness. Maintain rigorous clinical documentation within a strict 24-hour mandate and adhere to global quality standards and audit protocols. Ensure all client interactions are formally verified through Lyra's notice system and actively identify high-risk cases to follow established emergency SLAs. Uphold financial integrity by prohibiting direct billing and strictly observe non-solicitation policies to safeguard the EAP ecosystem. Operate as a network partner supporting corporate employees across various challenges within Lyra's AI-powered mental health platform.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD
- A valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India
- A minimum of two (2) years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of your Master's degree
- Location Requirement: Preferred to have a dedicated physical office or clinic space in the city of application to support in-person counseling alongside virtual/telephonic sessions

- Ensure high precision in all clinical and administrative tasks within agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
