Job Summary
Deliver high-quality counseling via face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic modalities while adhering to strict 24-hour documentation compliance and global quality standards. Apply evidence-based, solution-focused interventions tailored to workplace wellness, ensuring all client interactions are formally verified through Lyra's notice system. Identify high-risk cases and crises immediately, following established Service Level Agreements for emergency handling and maintaining rigorous confidentiality. Uphold ethical boundaries by prohibiting direct billing and respecting professional non-solicitation policies to safeguard the EAP ecosystem. Maintain precision in clinical tasks and administrative deadlines while collaborating with internal oversight teams to support corporate employees across diverse challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD
- A valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India
- A minimum of two (2) years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of your Master's degree
- Exceptional clinical skills with a deep commitment to evidence-based practices and clinical integrity
- Highly organized with the professional discipline needed to meet strict administrative and documentation deadlines
- Adaptive verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish quick, strong therapeutic alliances across multiple modalities
- Meticulous attention to detail in maintaining strict confidentiality, record-keeping, and adhering to compliance procedures
- A strong network partner who aligns with internal operations and clinical oversight teams to achieve the highest care outcomes
- Preferred to have a dedicated physical office or clinic space in the city of application to support in-person counseling alongside virtual/telephonic sessions
