Job Summary
The Affiliate Development Associate will work with Minor League affiliated teams, capturing and logging games, assisting coaching staff with tasks such as scouting reports and game planning, compiling video and data projects, and producing roster information. Candidates must have a high school diploma, excellent organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Availability from January through October 2026, along with the ability to work varied schedules, is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, College degree preferred
- Coursework completed by January 2026
- Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel)

- High level of social awareness and the ability to exercise feel in the clubhouse environment
- Ability to work and communicate in a team setting
- Solid foundation of baseball knowledge and curiosity to understand more in-depth baseball concepts
