Job Summary
Provide short-term, solution-focused counselling and Employee Assistance Program clinical support to individuals, couples, families, youth, and children. Conduct assessments and develop goal-oriented treatment plans while maintaining accurate, confidential client documentation. Adhere strictly to FSWE and EAP clinical protocols, standards, and ethical guidelines. Work as an independent contractor with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, supported by administrative handling of intake, billing, and referrals. Master's degree in Social Work or Counselling Psychology and OCSWSSW or CRPO registration required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work or Counselling Psychology
- Registration in good standing with the OCSWSSW or CRPO
- Experience providing counselling to individuals, couples, families, youth, and children
Desired Qualifications
- EAP experience
- Experience supporting seniors and adults with disabilities
- Strong knowledge of community resources and social service systems
- Excellent interpersonal, assessment, and therapeutic skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team-based organization
- Bilingualism in French or Arabic
