Job Summary
Provide crisis stabilization services as part of the Mobile Response Team in Idaho; perform crisis assessments including CSSRS, respond face-to-face to crisis calls within an average of 60 minutes for urban locations or 90 minutes for rural locations, assess safety, develop crisis safety plans, facilitate referrals to appropriate care, ensure follow-up and documentation, and complete crisis-related duties with a flexible PRN schedule. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a mental-health related field, crisis intervention certification/training, CPR and First Aid, valid driver's license, and computer literacy. Relocation assistance up to $3,000 is offered; opportunities for advancement. A great fit for clinicians with experience serving individuals in crisis in community settings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a mental-health related field
- Certification and ongoing training in crisis intervention curriculum
- Two-years-post-bachelors professional experience; or a bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited institution plus three-years full-time equivalent professional experience in the mental health field
- Valid CPR and First Aid Certification
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Must be computer literate
- Must be experienced and competent in profession and maintain any applicable license, training and/or certifications
- Experience working with individuals with mental illness, emotional disorders, and substance- related disorders who are experiencing emotional or behavioral crisis
