Job Summary
Affiliate BD Manager responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing affiliate campaigns; focus on expanding influencer resources in the Taiwan market to drive trading users and platform revenue; devise creative methods to identify potential affiliates; optimize business development strategy and actions to improve conversion; analyze user behavior and trends to inform growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- 3+ years of affiliate marketing/business development experience in the cryptocurrency space
- Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish
- Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
- Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods
- Fluency in Mandarin
