Affiliate BD Manager

Job Summary
Develop a pipeline of affiliates and partners, including key opinion leaders, influencers, and trading groups, to refer audiences to OKX. Build the business case for signing these partners for online and in-person events, then negotiate commercial terms and facilitate contract execution. Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns while improving performance through data analysis and segmentation. Requires 3+ years of affiliate marketing or business development experience in the digital asset space, with a preference for candidates bringing existing books of affiliates. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of affiliate marketing/ business development experience in the digital asset space, or a related sector
- Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish
- Results oriented and comfort with interpreting performance data
- Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics, Amplitude or others
- Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
Desired Qualifications
- Candidates with existing books of affiliates will be preferred
