Job Summary
Manage all aspects of affiliate marketing campaigns by identifying, creating, and maintaining partnerships with lead aggregators, marketing agencies, and other affiliate partners. Oversee campaign strategy and execution, coordinating with partners to evaluate performance and ensure pricing structures like CPM, CPC, and CPA align with targeted spend goals. Analyze data from dashboard reports and spreadsheets to drive fact-based decisions on business development and partner expansion. This role focuses heavily on business development to accelerate channel growth within the financial or lending space.
Required Qualifications
- California residents (local to Irvine office) only
- Remote with flexibility to meet in the Irvine office as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent business experience
- 3-5 years of experience in the affiliate marketing channel with proven results
- Ability to manage and understand all methods to assess marketing and business goals
- Experience with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM payment models
- A clear understanding of affiliate tracking models, tools, and platforms
- Strong analytical skills to make fact-based decisions
- Previous online media buying experience
- Marketing: 3 years
- affiliate marketing channel and media buying: 3 years
Desired Qualifications
- Financial or Lending Space Experience, Highly Preferred
