Job Summary
Affiliate Account Executive role focused on supporting day-to-day management, activation, and optimization of affiliate publishers within the Quantum Network. Responsibilities include monitoring publisher performance against metrics (lead volume, CPL, conversion rate, Gross Profit), identifying performance risks and opportunities, contributing to reporting, outreach to publishers using scripts and playbooks, onboarding new partners and campaign launches, maintaining clean partner data across systems, supporting campaign setup and QA, and collaborating with Affiliate, Marketing, Creative, Paid Media, and Data teams to drive launches, testing, and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate is data-minded, organized, customer-focused, with strong communication skills, and eager to grow in commercial, optimization, and relationship management areas. The role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, comfort with data, and a proactive, collaborative attitude. Hybrid working arrangement is noted (3 days in office) in London, England, United Kingdom.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, account management, sales, or a commercial graduate role
- Comfortable working with data and numbers with a strong eye for detail
- Organised, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
- Curious and eager to develop commercial, optimisation, and relationship management skills
- A confident communicator who can engage comfortably with internal and external stakeholders
- Positive, proactive, and collaborative in how you work
- Comfortable in a fast paced and ever changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine desire to learn, grow, and lift others around you
